Receiving Aqualu Orders
Insure that you have received your order in full before signing off on your shipment waybill. Any and all missing pieces or damage must be noted on the shipment waybill with the driver present in order to be considered valid.
How do you ship your products?
All shipping and brokerage is handled by Aqualu Industries on your behalf. Larger products are shipped via various international LTL trucking companies and smaller components are shipped through Purolator, UPS or other local couriers. All our aluminum bodies, cabs and frames are packaged in a partial plywood crates with 2 x 4’s and nylon strapping holding it all together. They are also typically built onto pallets to make it easy for transportation and reduce any chance for damage. All of our smaller components are generally packaged in cardboard boxes with foam padding depending on the part.
How much is shipping to the USA?
An approximate shipping estimate for a standard FJ40/ CJ7/ Suzuki body to the mainland USA is between $600-$900 USD. Please fill out this form to request a shipping quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please fill out this form to request a shipping quote. We coordinate all shipping services however all international duties, taxes and VAT’s are additional and to be paid for by the customer.
I am a US customer, can I pick-up my products from your location in Kelowna, British Columbia?
We typically discourage our US customers from coming into Canada and picking up their products. In British Columbia we have a 5% GST Goods and Services Tax and 7% PST Provincial Sales Tax. Purchasing our products within Canada we would need to charge this GST and PST sales tax.
Am I able to coordinate my own shipping?
Yes. Our policy is that if the customer coordinates their own shipping, they will be responsible for all aspects of the procedure involving documentation, contacting the shipper for pick-up and customs clearance. Our office would then receive the completed documentation from you and provide it to the designated transport company at time of pick-up. Our freight quotes include all of the above services. We have found in the past it is more convenient for the customer if Aqualu coordinates shipping and customs clearance.
Our Return Policy
All returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser and subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for any returns on Aqualu products which have been altered or modified in any way. Returns will be accepted for 90 days from purchase date. No returns on sale or clearance products.
